- Adding along with Driver details
- Adding Vehicle details from managing vehicle
Below are the primary steps to be taken for adding Vehicle
Adding Brand and Model
Initial thing to do for vehicle is to define possible Brand and Model for each Brand. It can be done from the Adding vehicle page. What ever Model and Brand available will be populated and can be selected while adding vehicle details.
Adding Necessary Information
InitialOnce the Brand and Models are added, you can proceed with adding vehicle details. You can select Brand and model from dropdown only. It is necessary that the Vehicle Plat is defined Uniquely for each vehicle.
Assigning Vehicle to driver
Once the Vehicle Details Added, you can see that details in the vehicle List. If you have added details along with Driver details it will be automatically assigned to Driver, Else you can assign any active Driver to vehicle from the list. The vehicle can also be assigned from Driver list as well.
